Kari Schaiman

Kari brings a hands-on, highly personal approach to Peninsula real estate. A longtime San Carlos resident with more than 20 years in the Bay Area, she knows the communities she serves as an agent, neighbor, homeowner, parent, and active member of the community.

For sellers, Kari has a strong eye for property value and the strategic design decisions that help a home stand out. She identifies which improvements will make the greatest impact and coordinates the details—from preparation and staging to photography and launch strategy—to position each property for the strongest possible result.
